In this section we see open hand hitting and targets with a striking resemblance to the Fairbairn system. One of the anecdotes of all sorts of martial arts which talk about roots in actual fighting is not hitting with knuckles and not kicking above the waist, to which these systems typically conform. There is, of course, no substitute for a good shot in the groin.
